i use this function to send email from sap.

i use it in my DEV system and everthing is fine i see the log in SOST.

but in my QA system i make the same thing and i don't see the line in SOST why????

Because in QA SOST settings has not been done properly.

Check with Basis person.

i dont think so becuase other mails get to SOST just my and i use the samr logic that in others.

The code might be the same in both DEV and Quality systems. But, there are settings to be made for this function module to get executed successfully.

Check with your basis team.

From ECC 6.0 onward you need to set commit = X in the parameter ,make sure you have set up that parameter.

Check with basis guy. They might have forget to set up email server information QA box.
