I would like to know if there is a function module I can use to insert applicant qualifications data into HRP1001.

You can use FM RH_INSERT_INFTY_1001_EXT to insert entries in HRP1001.For other HRPXXXX tables, use the FM RH_INSERT_INFTY. This transaction is for inserting Infotype 1039.

Do you have example code using function module 'RH_INSERT_INFTY_1001_EXT' I am not sure what input to supply for import parameters.

This should add a qualification to an employee.
