      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;While selection the output device the list_output that is set as default for that printer is not sufficient,,,,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;select output type as "XSPOLLER" this is the maximum defined by SAP,,,,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still it does not solve your problem then create your own output type acc to yoour specs and attached it to that printer..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;saurabh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi rock,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how many columns you have in your AlV?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get the right format of output in the spool we generally increase the u201Cno. of columns fieldu201D in the Format typesu201D. use transaction SPAD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This value is effective only when we check the check box u201C&lt;STRONG&gt;Number of columns from list display format&lt;/STRONG&gt;u201D in the SPAD transaction. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;go to the SPAD transaction code.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;in menu setting &amp;gt;&amp;gt; spool system&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;in the others tab check the first check box, save n exit.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope it may help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks n regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sachin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
