    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;about OSS note &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a) If you want to apply correction then first you need to register the object in SAP, so that you will get the Access key and then you can make the changes. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) If you want to import the support pack then you need to down load from SAP market-place. and this is in CAR file. and then you need extract the same using CAR utility.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ex: CAR -xvf abc.car&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Kannan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Raise a system message right ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. service.sap.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Help &amp;amp; Support tab -&amp;gt; report product error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Choose the system in which you have problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Provide a serch term for your problem. It will list out a series of notes. If this does not solve your issue . No need to fill this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when raising message the component field is mandatory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Help screen type "Customer service" and search . I got about 12 matches . Pick the one relevant for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
