    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will work like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outbound Idoc will go to -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR originaltext="------" /&gt;&lt;P&gt;File Port -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR originaltext="-------" /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Subsystem(Middileware like XI or Mercator) will pick up the file from port----&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR originaltext="------" /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Subsystem will move the Idoc to next system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to use Tcode WE21 for the port definition.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the port you define &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Description.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version:for Idoc versions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logical directory where the idoc file will be generated.(u defien this using file transaction)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Physical directory here you define the complete file path.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outbound File :you can specify a fixed file name for your outbount idocs here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use file port in partner profile. When you create an IDOC and Idoc file will be generated in path mentioned in the WE21.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then move the Idoc file to relavent FTP server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
