Automate Partial Delivery

Hello,

I have created Call Transaction program to create deliveries. What is happening is, if Sales order has partially delivered then also it creates delivery for all Line items for that customer. ( Customer is setup in Customer master for partial Delivery ). But what i want is to only automate delivery creation for Line items which are fully delivered.

Hi Hitesh,

Check for the field in VBAK, AUTLF which is delivery complete indicator.

If VBAK-AUTLF ='X'. then complete delivery,here you can automate the delivery.

I am okay with creating deliveries with which are completly delivered. Only problem in programming Call transaction is, in case of partially delivered sales order, i want to create delivery for Line Items which are fully delivered and skip line items which are not delivered.

I am using VL04 transaction to create delivery, question is how i am going to check if that line item is fully delivered and include in delivery creation

Hi Hitesh,

try to select data from table VBFA.

Enter VBELV & POSNV from VBAP where VBTYP_N = 'J' which is for document category for delivery.Check if you have values for VBELN & POSNN.If you have then delivery is done,if not then it is in partial delivery.

I am using VL04 transaction for automation, i don't see any option to select sales order number and line item.
