      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our user is geiing short dump while saving Sales Order through VA01/VA02.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The short dump says ' SQL error occurred in the database when accessing a table.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Database error text........: "SQL0911N The current transaction has been rolled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; back because of a deadlock or timeout. Reason code "2". SQLSTATE=40001 row=1"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internal call code.........: "[RTAB/INS /VBDATA ]"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;find an interim solution in an SAP Note.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;keywords:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"DBIF_RTAB_SQL_ERROR" " "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"SAPLSTXD" or "LSTXDU06"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"COMMIT_TEXT"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help on this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thx in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Avishek&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Since this error occurs when there is any problem with datanase operation. Please check.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check transaction Se14, it tells about table space and indexes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes when the load is higher and many so being created/changed, this dump may come.
