      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have created a Material with discription  ' &lt;STRONG&gt;Cup '&lt;/STRONG&gt; it store in Maktx of makt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now second time i change its description  &lt;STRONG&gt;' Blue  1 liter Cup'&lt;/STRONG&gt; .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 1) My Qtion is can i get my old value of material  i.e only &lt;STRONG&gt;' Cup'&lt;/STRONG&gt;  is it possible . if yes Then how ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 2) What happen in DDIC when we change or delete any material or record ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 3) How should i know that data has been changed ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. You can get the changes from CDHDR and CDPOS tables&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. you cannot really delete in SAP, usually the objects will only be marked as deleted (in case of materials, the field mara-lvorm will be set to 'X'), in case of changes the value of the field is overwritten, the old value will be stored in the tables in Answer 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. pls. refer to Answer 1. (if there are entries in the above tables, it means, the data was changed in the past)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
