SAP script in germany

Hi,

I have copied standard SAP script into all languages from client 000. I can see EN, DE and others active when I view script Versions for the form.

I have 2 docs. One in english and 2nd one in Germany. I have no issues with English but issue with German language. I see in debug that my form (Modified one) is being called but script format looks like old one.

I feel, the one I changes in in English only. When I open my script in DE(Greman lang), I still see old data and old format.

Now my task it to, translate this changes SAP script in English to German. And I need to have both this scripts. When called in EN, english should be called and when called in DE, it should be displayed in German.

Please note, language is not login language, Language key is being passed while displaying sap script.

Did you modify the German language version of the SAPSCript after copying. seems you cghanged only the English version.

Yes. I have done changes only in English version. I was under impression that changes will be reflected in German also.

Now changes are huge and performing this changes again in German is tedious. Is there any way to translate the updated english script to German ?

you can delete the DE version, and recreate that. that will bring all the chanegs from yoru EN version automaticlaly, but then you need to do the DE translation yourself where needed.

I can delete but how do I recreate it ? Please advice.

I have no option but to translate manually which ever are not translated after recreation.

you can give your script name and language = 'DE' in SE71' and then delete. same way you can create using the script name and language DE.
