Help needed on creating delivery request

I already had a trasnport which i imported in DEV. Then using the Software

Delivery Composer of AAK 4, created a delivery for /OVS/ - the

namespace for which we are tring to get certified for.

And i ran the checks Conflicts check sucessfully (i.e. no conflicts).

But now, the option for "Release" is grayed out.

Please help.

Here is a better description of the problem:

We already had a transport (which has the ABAP plug-in) which I imported in DEV (According to Item 3 in SAP Note

215176)

Then using the Software Delivery Composer of AAK 4, I created a delivery for /OVS/ - the

namespace for which we are trying to get certified for.

And I ran the u201CDisplay/Determine Conflictsu201D individual steps successfully (i.e. no conflicts).

But now, the option for "Release" is grayed out. (I guess I need to u201CRelease this requestu201D so that I can use it in

Software Delivery Assembler to create the final package?)

Please help.
