PFWS - e-mail message content - delete work item link

Hello,

When I connect to PFWS, in the workflow builder, I create a message that will be sent to one of the participants included in the workflow.

I can enter a message that will be displayed in the e-mail.

But when the participant receives the e-mail in his mail box, a link "work item" is displayed at the bottom of the mail.

I never created a link like that in the text content of the e-mail.

How can I remove this link?

Hi Estelle,

You are right in saying that you have not created any such link.

but the mail that you are sending it going as a work item task..

that link down the mail task refers to the workitem..

you can't delete that...let it be there...i dn't think it would b hampering your data in the mail.
