This can help prevent such errors.

Regards

RK

Hi,

I have a smartform which works fine in development client but not in test client.

After transporting the form and program to testing client, I can't see the Print Preview of the smartform on the screen.

I can see the screen where I can click the 'PRINT PREVIEW' button but after clicking it, it does not display anything on screen.

While debugging its calling the correct function module 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME' and passes the form name. I use this in the FM ' CALL FUNCTION XXX'. But after this it does not dispaly the preview on the screen

Any idea where the problem can be. Is it some config, or client setting etc. Your help is really appreciated.

Regards

RK

Hi Rajiv,

You can avoid errors like Graphic not found or Standard texts not found. But you have to add some program lines before calling Graphic or Standard text .

Example: Program lines before Graphic :

Please check the GRAPHIC in table "STXBITMAPS" as TDOBJECT = 'GRAPHICS" and TDNAME = 'Your Graphicname".

IF SY-SUBRC <> 0.

Set a flag V_FLAG = 'X'.

Then at graphic element check this at conditions as print only if V_FLAG <> 'X'.

For standard :

You can check the <u>check box "No Error if no text Exists"</u>.

Other technique :

Same way you can do for standard text by looking in to tables "STXH and STXL" .

We are using this technique for not to print Text label if standard text not present.

Hope this may help you.

Lanka
