Spool Settings

Hi Experts,

When i execute my jobs in background they display only 10 pages out of the total pages. Is there any setting that can be changed to dispaly all 30 to 40 pages instead of only the 1st 10 pages.

If yes kindly let me know the settings, etc.

hi,

goto SP01 transaction give your spool request and execute.

then in menu goto - display requests - settings ,there you can change the number of pages.

you can change the number of pages using the menu

Go to -> Display requests -> Settings ->

in the popup you can specify the page number from where to where you want to display

Hi Vijay,

My requirement is to schedule a standar program (RFITEMAP) in background, and a mail should trigger with the output in .txt format, which is working fine.

But all data are not getting displayed only Page 1 to 20 is displayed in the mail .txt. when i go and check the spool sp01, all data is displayed.

Kindly advice how to display all data in the mail attachement .
