future date validation with pop up window

Hi,

i have one requirement in my report that we need to check whether the future dates are valid or not.the error message should be in the form of pop up window and the corrective measure should be: Go back to header on the entering date space.the * date field is audat from vbak table.please provide the solution.

Hi Rahul,

Use the pop-up function module validate the date that you are mentioning

DATA G_confirm.

CALL FUNCTION 'POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_STEP'

EXPORTING

DEFAULTOPTION = 'Y'

TEXTLINE1 = 'Date is invalid, do you want to recheck?'

TITEL = 'POPUP FOR ERROR CORRECTION'

START_COLUMN = 25

START_ROW = 10

CANCEL_DISPLAY = 'X'

IMPORTING

ANSWER = G_confirm

IF G_confirm = 'J'.

CALL SCREEN <NUMBER WHERE YOU WANT TO POINT>

ENDIF.

In place of CALL SCREEN <NUMBER WHERE YOU WANT TO POINT> i think its better to call the transaction in which the date has to corrected.

CAll TRANSACTION <Txcode>
