its there in structure 'PRELQ' .

any action for a PERNR is stored in Infotyp 0000 (table PA0000).

Hiring is usually the first action so the BEGDA of first record in PA0000 should be the hire date - but not necesserily, you have to check STAT2 and others

to get the hire date use fm RP_GET_HIRE_DATE
