You need to talk to the BASIS people reagarding this issue. They are responsible to handle this type of issue.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have designed a zform using smartforms, i am able to see the print preview , but when i print it i get something else like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/dollar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/ampersand&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/percent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and all nonsense printed, what might be the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abhinay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
