Info on Client export/import

Hi Techies,

I need to pick your brains as I want to create a Test System by copying a client of the Development Server.

Plzz let me know which all profiles I have to use for exporting a client...??

The whole scenario is as such--

There are three clients in the Development Server.

We need to copy the SANDBOX CLIENT of the development server & create a new Test sytem on a separate server.

For the same I want to know the pre-requisites & profiles to be used.

I want to copy the whole data of the Sandbox client.

Will SAP_ALL profile suffice to transfer both cross-client & client dependent data..??
