I got the same error before and I chose &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable Automatic update from installation server&lt;/STRONG&gt;  in SAP logon and after that I was able to log on to the system. But now I am not able to log on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;      I have a problem logging on to the SAP system. When I click Logon the following error appears:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;     &lt;STRONG&gt;partner not reached&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;     &lt;STRONG&gt;WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I checked the detail description of the error the following error number appeared:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    &lt;STRONG&gt;Error No 10061&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is quite urgent.Advance Thanks for helping ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mogana&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly this is not related to ABAP &lt;SPAN __jive_emoticon_name="happy"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly these problems are addressed by the Basis team that are responsible for that server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it your training server or is it a server belonging to one of your customers. If it is training server you need to contact your basis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it belongs to the customer you need to raise it as an issue with the help of your lead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pramod&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
