Execute this report and expand the whole structure, at the lowest level the data of change is recorded alongside the object.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While SNOTE will give you the majority of the notes applied to a system, there are still notes that can only be applied either partially or entirely manually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To find these you will need to use SE10 to find all repairs and where the objects in them were updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nick&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
