I did a refresh of our QA system from our prod systsem. When I go into STRUST, it shows the certificate under owner for our production system, how can I change this to our QA system name.

Delete the PSE file on operating system level and create a new one with strust.

That's a bad idea. You should also delete the PSE inside STRUST. Please remember that the PSE is also stored in the database. If STRUST sees that the local file copy is gone, it will just read the database version and recreate the file version.

Before you delete the PSE, you should make sure that nothing will be broken by doing that.

However, for security reasons, a PSE from a production environment may not be allowed to leave the production environment. So please the PSE after your investigation!
