barcode problem

Hi Abapers,

I am facing a problem in changing the code parameters of a barcode.

I have created a new barcode using transaction se73.

The parameters are as :

"ModW10 H00310Mode N Chk Y"

I need to change Chk to 'N' instead of 'Y', but not able to find it.

Please help.

Go to SE73

Select the System Barcode option

Press Change

Put Cursor on your Barcode

Press Change

Say No in the first popup, if you don't want to change the Barcode Family

Say No in the Second popup, if you don't want to change the Alignment

In this third popup, put "X" in the "UCC check Digit"

Hi Naimesh,

I am not getting any parameter as 'UCC check'.

What i am getting is:

Narrow Module Width

Linear Height

Code128 Mode:

Please suggest what to do in that case.

I checked the note 645158 which is suggested by help:

Note says:


UCC check digit
Value range: X equals YES, blank character equals No
Note: This parameter has no effect becaues Code128 always generates
a check digit, even in UCC mode. The parameter will be removed in
the future.
