Questions about creating change document.

Hi expert,

I have some questions about creating change document. I customize field in standard transaction and I want to create change document of this filed. After customization field (I go to eewb to use the wizard) I have a customize filed which is kept in CRMD_CUSTOMER_I table. After that, I have to created change document.My step are

1. Go to scdo and create change document as following detail,

Object : Z_CVM_CLAIM_CD

Name of Table : CRMD_CUSTOMER_I

2. Set change document flag

3. Generate Update and INCLUDE Objects

Include programs and function modules

Data declaration, TOP...................... FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDT

Consisting of............................. FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDF

and....................................... FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDV

Update function module..................... Z_CVM_CLAIM_CD_WRITE_DOCUMENT

Call update function module................ FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDC

Dictionary structures

ZCRMD_CUSTOMER_I

4. Integrating the functionality into the program

My question are

- How can I do in step 2?

- How can I do in step 4? Where I have to include the generated program parts code with an

INCLUDE statement?(Can you show the step to see program name?) And what is the generated

program parts code ?

- Is there the change document of the customize field after I did these step?

All you have to do now is invoke/call your function module Z_CVM_CLAIM_CD_WRITE_DOCUMENT

within your program.

Dataelement level you need to set the Change Document Flag then only the Change document Object can main the Changes related to The Fields of table.

Data declaration, TOP...................... FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDT
Consisting of............................. FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDF
and....................................... FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDV
Update function module..................... Z_CVM_CLAIM_CD_WRITE_DOCUMENT
Call update function module................ FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDC

the above are generate includes. go to se38 and see the includes

FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDT

FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDF

FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDV

if you want to inlcude the logic you need to call the function module Z_CVM_CLAIM_CD_WRITE_DOCUMENT

Thanks for your reply. From your suggestion I have 2 question about them.

2. Is it necessary that I have to include FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDT, FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDF, FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDV to my program? If the answer is "YES", how can I do?

More Information,

1. I customize field with EEWB code.

2. There are function group ZA in my program that I can customize it with SE80 code.

Could you show me the step to include CVMCLAIM_CDCDT, FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDF, FZINCL_CVM_CLAIM_CDCDV to my program please?
