      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to send a quality notification through QM02 in which i can send SAPscript as an attachment to any of the partners . &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;         I want to send this SAPScript as a PDF or Word-document to a external Mail-ID .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;           What Customisations are to be done  and how can convert my Script into a PDF or Word document ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Regards &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ajitabh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ajitabh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Welcome to SDN. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  &amp;lt;b&amp;gt;By default, the Attachment will be sent as PDF document.&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Create a Notification in Qm01.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Run Qm02, fill SHIP TO PARTY in COntanct Data Tab. And fill the defects in the PRoblem Tab. Then Click SEND EMAIL seen in the ACTION BOX. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; In the recipitent list, fill the proper email id and choose EXTERNAL ADDRESS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Then Press SEND button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  The Receiver will receive a email with attachments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Let me know if u require any more help.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: Allot points for all worthful postings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message was edited by: Kam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

We have SAP version 4.6c so i don't have the facility  to decide the format of outgoing SAPscript into &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PDF or HTM ( done through SCOT setting as in upgraded versions).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Suggest .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ajitabh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello kamlesh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per QULAITY NOTIFICATION -  mail send External mail-id--successfully  with Workflow -  but not attachment found&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with the standard QM QN workflow mail send succsfully (outlook) mail-id but only text body on his mail box&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want attachment in PDF or word format with hyperlink bec of user easily relase notification with attachment link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yogesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QM consultant&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
