Overview screen - Displays the list of data in a table. Can do changes if required.

When you specify screen no for Single Screen during Maintenance Generator, Single Screen is created in that module.

Single Screen - When 'New Entries' is clicked, it goes away from the overview screen and displays new entries in a new screen. This way user can work on single data at a time.

Hi,

While creating table maintenance generator, we find below options:

1) When we choose one step, we have to give the screen number in Overview Screen field.

2) When we choose two step, we have to give both overview screen number and single screen number.

You can give any number for screen. Donu2019t give 1000 screen number. As this number is reserved for selection screen.

Maintenance can be done in two ways:

1. Maintenance (here you will add the entries) & Overview (you can see the entries of table in SM30) both on one screen --

2. Maintenance on one screen and Overview on another screen.

Regards

Kannaiah
