Select-option dynamic date on variant

Hello,

Hope you all have answer to this.

Basically, I am trying to setup a variant and I have a slection-option field that accepts the range of dates. So dynamically calculate begin and end date based on the formula below:

DATE: <current date - 7> : <current date - 1>

I did all (well, I think I did!) based on the documentation below:

But I am still getting the date as "parameter" field (meaning I am getting only one date) and not a range of date as we see in "select-option".

I'm new to ECC 6.0 and so please help.

Hi,

I don't think so there has to be some problem with it.

Can you paste the code where you come to know that your select-option value contains only single value and not range of 7 values.

Debug it and send where you are facing a problem

In the Variant Save screen:

Against your date field, you will find the Selection Variable and name of the Variable

Select "D" from the dropdown in the "Selection Variable"

In the "Name of the Variable", do F4, Select option "Current date - xxx,current date + yyy"

In the next Popup give XXX = -7 and yyy = -1.

Save the variant.
