There are mainly two ways of tracing data change in table.

- Programmaticaly via [Change Documents|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_03/helpdata/EN/cb/254340a49f6913e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm] Look at [SCDO documentation|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/advancedsearch?cat=sdn_all&query=scdo&adv=false&sortby=cm_rnd_rankvalue]

- Dictionnary [Database log|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/advancedsearch?cat=sdn_all&query=databaselog&adv=false&sortby=cm_rnd_rankvalue] via activation logging of data element and technical attributes of table.

Regards
