Workflow PM Email to notification creator - WS20000021

Hello All,

Can anyone help me with PM workflow process. I need to send an email just stating that an order has been created to the 'requested by' user of the PM notification when a new order is created from the notification.

But I am trying to specifically see if i can get any input on PM workflow WS20000021 to fetch the mail id of the requested by user of the PM notification.

Hi Ram,

you can do it by implementing user exit. You can find user exits via transactions CMOD and SMOD. For your case I would say you need to participate on user exit IWO10012, Function exit : EXIT_SAPLCOIH_012. There you already have created number in CAUFVD_IMP-AUFNR .

Thanks Karol,

I am trying to create a new method to add in the business object and find the email id of the user and then use a send mail step in WF to send the mail to the found email id.
