      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upgradation means : applying the advance version of existing software. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;suppose to say you are already implemented sap 4.6c version for 'X' Client.Now that client want to apply the enhance version of 4.6c that is 4.7 enterprise version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; For applying 4.7e version on 4.6c this scenario is called upgradation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re-implementation: means rollout that is suppose to say for a client 'X' had two palnts( manufacture of products ) in diffrent countries, first that client implemented sap for 1st plant which is in india and he want to implement sap for second plant also which is in say USA so without changing the formats of coding means bdc's or layouts or standard reports all those things which is used for first implementation for 1st plant.just you need to enter that palnt data which is in USA with some small modifications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mandatory : plants may be diffrent places but those plants should be belongs to that same client ( enduser ).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
