has anyone used STKONTEXTTRACE (Context trace). Please explain me what is it and how to use it.

using this STKONTEXTTRACE you can perform various traces on perticular transaction..

Hello Vinayak,

The description of the code lying uder the transaction is " *& This program activates the usertrace for this particular context. *

*& Specify the desired traces and a tcode. After the transaction *

*& returns the trace is deactivated. Of course the user needs the *

*& appropriate privileges to start the desired transaction. "

So, this tranaction is similar to st04, st05 (all now under 1 roof )in the sense that it provides an analysis of the performance of the code, in terms of time that it spends in processing and in terms of database access etc.
