Issues with selection screen after uploading data from flat file.

Hi,

I am using function module GUI_UPLOAD to upload data to an internal table from a flat file (tab delimited).

Then I am looping the internal table and inserting one record at a time into my Z table.

I am able to insert records to the Z table. But in SE11 when I give values to the selection screen of the Z table, it says 'No Entries' even though there are records in the Z table.

The fields used are BUKRS (Company Code), KOKRS (Controlling area), SAKNR (G/L Account No.) and KOSTL (Cost Centre).

I am facing this problem with SAKNR and KOSTL fields only. I have used the respective data elements in my Z table.

say, SAKNR is 10 character field and ur appending only 6 characters, then it will give such type of errors normally.

before inserting the data to ur Z table use function module... CONVERSION_EXIT_ALPHA_INPUT
