HR master data change pointers

Hello All

I am trying to setup change pointers for HR master data and send the changes through a reduced idoc of HRMD_A06. I performed all the steps for setting up change pointers , But i am not able to see any idocs with transaction bd21 after changes. I did the same for DEBMAS and MATMAS , they all work fine . After scratching my head for 2 days i noticed that the data elements fo the fields that i am changing are not flagged for change documents , where as fields from MATMAS and DEBMAS are flaged with change document in their data element characteristics.

So I assume that since these fields are not enabled for change documents to be written , I am not seeing any Idocs generated . Please correct me if I am wrong. So how do I enable this flag in these data elements , Is there a proper way to do it ? I heard of transaction SCDO, So any experts to guide me in enabling these fields for change documents please ?
