Access key for 2nd DEV system?

Hi Experts,

Am working with VOFM transaction.

I included my code, after taking the ACCESS KEY for DEV01 system.

But, here we hv one more upgraded developemnt system, with name of DEV02.

So, need to include the same code in DEV02 too!!

So, when am trying to do so in DEV02, its asking me again ACCESS KEY in this DEV02 system.

So,

1 - Is it necessory for me to take another key for this DEV02?

2 - So, does it mean that even though environemnt is DEV, keys are system specific?

Access key is unique for each and every system.. In fact

for each and every object it is unique ..

access key is unique for every system ...we cannot use it for the many systems

That means you are developing new Custom routine in the dev2 ,

So need to get acess key for that one also.

Every object have their own access key.

the access key is developers access key... which you can find in the table se11> DEVACCESS

But you are saying its a new installation.. then you need to developer access key from sap market place.

ACCESS KEY - First of all its provided by SAP. You can get the key from http://service.sap.com -> SAP SUPPORT PORTAL -> Keys & Requests -> SCCR Keys -> Registration. Here u can register a DEVELOPER or an OBJECT, by this time SAP will give the ACCESS KEYS.

**Note : To access http://service.sap.com u should have S number login or like that.

Only after obtaining that ACCESS KEY, SAP will allow the DEVELOPER to create some objects or change or modify Delivered objects.
