CO-Report Data Transfer

Hi all,

with Transaction S_ALR_87013612 i call a CO-Report, which gives me back the actual and plan costs for selected Costcenter range.

Is it posible to transfer only this Plancosts (for each costcenter) in to Oracle-Database of my Web-Application(writen in Java)?

Is there some BAPI or RFC for this transfer?

It must be some way to export this data to external database...

Hi sam,

i need still more clarity from your side....

i am providing you some solution according to my knowledge. pls check and reply me.

Transaction S_ALR_87013612 provides a report which shows the summary of expenses for the cost centers. There is the ability to drill down and view Actual/Plan/Variance for a specific Cost Center. Since this implementation will only include partial financials.

I have ECC 5.0 installed.

There are allways values in Plan field...

However, can this values for each actual and plan costs somehow be transfered into external Database?
