Workflow Attachment ?

hi,

I want to generate workflow at the time of changing sales order that i did through start event concept.

But what i want next is, i want to put user decision to check the changed sales order document and approve / reject it. i put user decision step even.

But my problem is that, i want to show user the changed Sales order document jst like we see in VA03. and after looking at document user should take decision for that. how should i attatch the sales order document with decision step?

Plz try to resolve my prb.

hi,

Create a method in u r bus.obj. which calls the tcode VA03.

assign it to a task..

create a activity , with that task binded.

in the agent assignment.. give the agent (userid) to whom it should go.

Hi,

In the user decision step you may include a link to the sales order. Do the binding for Adhoc objects -> Sales order BO

in User decision Step.

This will give a link(for sales order) in user decision step.

thanks for reply.

But as u said to make binding between adhoc object to sales order object bt when i did it at decision step, it gives imcompatible structure ..so how to resolve that.........?

hii,

Hey

create a method in ur business object , which calls the transaction

'VA03'.

make it has foreground task.. and assign it to your workflow.

it vil work.
