hi sapiens

can anybody explain me how can we find the idoc based on the purchase order number.

i am having only purchase order number as an rereference.

HI,

go to TCode: WE05 and make a selection on the left of your idoc.

way1)

Now select the button (list specific segment) at the top.

enter the segment name (in case of ORDERS / ORDRSP you have to use the name: E1EDK01 or E1EDK02).

Now you havea list of all entries for that specific segment (for all idocs you´ve selected).

Look at entry "BELNR" or make an export to Excel to find your Number.

Make your selection.

logical message: ORDERS or ORDRSP

Field: Search in Segment : E1EDK01

Searchin Field : BELNR

for value: your number

which IDoc type you are using ?
