Hi all,

can we create a field of type P decimals 2 in structure through SE11?

Hi Jayshri,

You can create a field in structure of type DEC clicking on the Predefined type button specifying the length and the decimals to be 2, or you can use the stndard data element which is having 2 decimal places, i dont know if i have got ur question right , let me know if u r referring to something else.

Yes santhosh,

I am trying to know that only. I have to prepare one final internal table in my main program,then I have to transfer the data to SMARTFORMS.In this table I have some fields which'll show the %. I have to create structure for the reference of this internal table.

hi,

Create a Structure with Decimal TYPE Data type and then create an internal table using that structure type as line type .

You can not use P in structure as Packed is an ABAP Data type. Interanal representation of Packed is like DECIMAL.
