I need a call function/BAPI to call the transaction LT01 in the ABAP program.

Any pointers to this will be of great help.

They are meant for TO Creation.

L_TO_CREATE_MULTIPLE

L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE

are functions modules also RFC's.

you can use

L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE to create the single TO.

Bin to Bin Transfer is possible

Check the Function parameters also.
