Idoc not posting

Hi,

I am trying to post the COND_A04 idoc, which has status 64. I tried to post using WE19, BD84 and also with program. I got runtime error / Short dump.

The error shows:

Short text of error message:

Error in READ TABLE G_TVFSCB_TAB (Key: ), etc..

Can any one tell me how to post the idoc and to make the status 53.

if seems some problem in coding in a user exit...

if you are a programmer see the program name and location of the read statement..

and see why this statement is not reading....

We didn't added any custom coding or implementated user_exits. Its for IS-Retail. Any idea...
