Follow tutorial to Develop a CAP-based application using GenAI/RAG but subscription failed

Hi All,

I follow this scenario Develop a CAP-based (multitenant) application using GenAI and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and execute successfully all steps for multitenant version with CF runtime until step "Create an API Service Instance (Multitenant only)". In this step, I'm failing with the subscription of the API Service Broker. The service isn't in the service list. I double checked the created credentials for the step "Post-Deployment Actions" (I used my SAP user for the aisaas-broker-credentials) but I can't find a mistake.

What I observed is that the "check connection" for the created destination in step "Setup the generative AI hub in SAP AI Core" shows the message:
Connection to "PROVIDER_AI_CORE_DESTINATION_HUB" established. Response returned: "404: Not Found"

Any ideas what can i verify or change?
