SAP GRC Licensing

Hi,

our company plans to implement SAP GRC Access Control. First, do we need to acquire Process Control and Risk Management licences too or it is quite separate products? Currently we need only AC functionality. The second question - is AC licensed as a whole product or we need to acquire licenses for Calibrator, FireFighter and etc.

Hello Mika,

SAP BusinessObjects Access Controls 5.3 Suite is a different product from SAP BusinessObjects Process Controls and Risk Management. You need to get a separate license for these products. But if you only need a particular application which falls under Access Controls 5.3 Suite then you only need to get a license of Access Controls 5.3 which includes all the four applications.
