      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a problem in our SAP GUI. The SAP Gui installed in our server to accommodate our users to login to certain R3 systems. However when the user try to login, they getting a error pop up menu which says "Internet Explorer cannot download..." then followed by this message "Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site...". We try to open this within in our portal. Our portal in version 7 sp13.
