Hi,

Whenever I run transaction SE80, I have the area that allows you to enter the name of a program, class etc missing. Instead, there is just an inactive text area.

My SAPGUI is 640 patch 17. I have read on this forum that this part of the screen is rendered in HTML.

I have recently installed Internet Explorer 7beta. Do you think this could be causing the problem?

If so, any ideas what I can do to fix it (bearing in mind I can't uninstall IE7)?

Thanks Stuart. I had the same problem. After pulling my hair for couple of hours, I finally came across your post. Uninstalled IE7 and everything works great again.

You can install SAPGui Frontend Patch 20 or later to fixed this problem, by not uninstall IE7.
