Update email notification text: custom

Hello Friend,

My requirement is to update email notification text based on system like when notification generates from GRC it should send different email template

and from Non SAP it should trigger other template.

I got one SAP Wiki page but not sure how to update email template.

NJ,

what kind of email notification? From Process Control or from Access Control? The Wiki Page you are referring to shows Process Controls. Please confirm.

We wanted to change process control notification text. Currently we are getting below email

Could you please help me out. What are the steps required to find dialog text and also wanted to know whether it possible to switch message text based on scenario like from SAP or Non SAP.
