ICEpdf Viewer - Save Error

Ladies and gentlemen,

we are using latest SAP GUI for JAVA 7.40 rev7 and got the following error in the print preview of a purchase order in ME22N trying to safe the document:

ICEpdf Viewer RI - Save Error: You do not have permisson or the credentials to save this document.

Furthermore the "print button" is inactive as well.

Does anybody know where these issues come from?

Hello Henning,

Could you please create a support message on BC-FES-JAV including

description of steps to reproduce
trace file according to note 683960
remote connection and logon data

so we can reproduce and look into it.

thanks for your help.

Unfortunately the SU53 shows nothing, My user got SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW assigned.

However I will follow Rolf-Martin's suggestion. 🙂
