Hi Gurus,

While saving the input form i am getting following error. its happening with one account dimension member only.

As given in error please check work status setting and do you have access to save data.

We have checked the work status , the user is power user and the work status is unlock.

Hi surya,

The whole work status concept is working on the owner manager relationahip. So first check that the particular user must be either owner or manager. If he is not among them then it is not possible to change work status.

Second thing do the owner or manager have access to save data while work status is unlocked.

Hi Surya,

the data are closed probably by a different power user, closed by a manager if you are a owner or vice versa. Check the log to see the data in the package that cause this violation.

Hi Surya,

Basically work status is locking mechanism of BPC. As i said earlier the whole work status concept works on the owner manager relationship. So try to understand the concept of owner and manager relation and how it works in bpc. In work status only owner or manger have access to do certain activities.
