Hello Gurus,

I would like to know if it is possible to create a "silent" stage, that would not have an approver,

but would be active in order to create a detour in the path.

The scenario i'm looking for is to create a request that will navigate the request to the role owner (in case NO risks are found) or to the SOX owner (in case risks ARE found).

I was hoping to achieve this by using BRF+, but was unable to create a role that will alternate according to the RA.

Hi,

I believe, there is already one such feature available in GRC 10. You could make use of this.

You route your request base upon the SoD analysis resutl: If "NO" route to Role Owner, If "YES" route to SoX Owner.

Hi,

I understood that I cant create a decision table upon the SoD analysis result and therefore have searched for another answer.

I have found that you can check in a certain stage- "Automatic Approval" but in order for it to happen, the system needs to not find the approver.

Hi Michal,

You can create a no stage path wherein the path doesnot contain any stages and can be used for detour. This will take auto approval.

Hello,

You requirement is.

If Access request submitted then risk analysis will hapeend on form submission.

If risk analysis found will got to pathA where you have stage and approver might be role owner or sox owner

and if no sod violation they should go to pathB where you dont have stages should go for approval directly.

For this yu can create an initiaor rule combining with sod vioalation function.
