Then\, that information will be sent to the Customer servic e request system. Once we complete the integration flow we will get famili ar with the new MCP Gateway available in API Management. We will expose an existing MCP server via the Gateway and we will create an MCP server for an existing API. To wrap things up\, we will configure our new MCP server as tools available to an LLM and interact with them from a chat interface.
