Imagine looking at a huge, blank form that you must fill out to complete a mundane but mandatory task at the office. You can practically feel the energy drain out of your body as the form stares back at you. Suddenly, a coffee break looks enticing 🙂

But what if your application could generate recommendations based on the data available in the system, and dramatically cut your effort to just eyeballing the correctness of most of the fields, only requiring you to fill in a few?

While this may be on every user’s wish list, implementing these AI-driven smart features in existing (or even new) applications can require a lot of development effort.

At SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP), we believe in reducing boilerplate code and letting developers focus on intent. Hence, in the April release of CAP, we have released the SAP CAP AI plugin for node.js.
